Very pale straw yellow and fine, persistent perlage.
The aroma is fruity and flowery with hints of ripe golden apple and small mountain flowers.
The dry, fresh and flavoursome sensation on the palate is followed by a fruity and harmonious aftertaste.
Il fresco born from the historical Prosecco areas in Veneto. The grapes used are the freshest, hence the name Il Fresco.
After the soft pressing and a careful wine making process t 20°C, the re-fermentation begins.
The Prosecco DOC Il fresco is characteristic for keeping the typical vine fragrances. It is perfect for the appetizer and with light starters,
Whole grapes are softly pressed, and the must is stored in controlled temperature tanks after a first racking.
It is then inoculated with selected yeast cultures, and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C (60°F).
Upon reaching the required alcohol and sugar content, fermentation is stopped by refrigeration.
After a short settling period, the sparkling wine is ready for bottling
