N.V. pinot noir
Appearance: A bright, pale salmon pink blush.
Aroma: Vibrant aromas of fresh guava, tropical fruit and cranberry.
Some subtle hints of barrel fermentation provide some intrigue.
Palate: The palate is crisp and bright with cranberry, guava and hints of strawberry. Light to medium bodied with a fine mousse. Residual sweetness balanced deliciously with natural acidity and textural Pinot Noir elements.
