Dandelion Firehawk shiraz
Selected bunches were hand picked by family and friends in early March and gently crushed into open fermenters. After 14 days fermentation the wine was then basket pressed into French oak Barriques, a third new, the balanced seasoned followed by 18 months maturation with minimal winemaking artefact before bottling, to capture the essence of the vineyard and will reward cellaring and decanting.
