Leconfield Coonawarra Sparkling Blanc de Blancs celebrates the elegance and purity of Chardonnay grown in the premium cool climate of South Australias Coonawarra region. Cold harvesting from our estate vineyards ensured freshness, while a secondary malo-lactic fermentation has delivered a textured, creamy mouthfeel. The wine was matured on lees (sur lie) and the inclusion of a reserve wine, aged in oak, contributes to the overall depth and complexity.
Leconfield Coonawarra Sparkling Blanc de Blancs exhibits fresh apple, citrus blossom and stone fruits with lemon curd and savoury brioche notes, while a fine bead cleanses and extends the palate.
