Plums, cherry, vanilla, chocolate, roast meats with sweet spice of cinnamon. As with all the Planta Circa wines it’s all about the vineyard and fruit, we take a hands off winemaking approach. These ancestor vines allow a depth and intensity all wrapped in a medium to full bodied style.
Vibrant colour, aromas of plums, cherry, vanilla, chocolate, roast meats with sweet spice of cinnamon. A medium to full-bodied textured palate with cola and brick dust, hints of whole bunch poking through, this elegant and complex Barossa Shiraz will age gracefully over many years.
